Eligibility Criteria for BSc Nursing

  1. Candidate must be Indian National.

  2. The nationality certificate issued by the District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Chief Metropolitan Magistrate will be considered as a proof of Nationality.

  3. Candidate must have passed qualifying examination i.e. HSC or 10+2 (or other equivalent board AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ SSCE/ HSCE/ NIOS) examination with the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually.

  4. Candidate belonging to open category should have passed in the subjects of PCB & English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination i.e. HSC or (10+2) Science (PCB group marks above 135).

  5. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/NT/OBC category should have passed in the subjects of PCB & English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 40% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination i.e. HSC or (10+2) Science (PCB group marks between 120 to 135, and caste certificate and caste validity mandatory).

  6. Candidate must be either of 17 years of age or attain this age on and before 31st December of the Academic Year in which admission is sought.

  7. Candidate shall be medically fit.

  8. Candidate shall be admitted once in a year.
